Timeless Memories
Morning ride, brookside breakfast, memories in the making.
BREAKFAST RIDE
A sunrise ride and breakfast beside the brook
Start your morning the way true adventurers do on horseback beneath the pines of Beech Mountain. As the first light filters, your trail winds gently across soft slopes and winding along the rugged Adirondack mountain landscape. About halfway through your adventure, you’ll dismount at the banks of the stream for a hearty country breakfast served right on the bridge, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the babbling brook. Enjoy fresh fruit, warm danish, bacon, eggs, biscuits, coffee and juice while the morning sun sparkles on the brook. After breakfast, mount up again and ride back through the forest, soaking in the stillness and rugged beauty of the mountain landscape. This is one of our most popular rides, offered only in July and August only, reservations are recommended.
All rides begin with a western trail riding lesson with practice on the trail thereafter.

This ranch is top notch! My bf and I did the breakfast trail this past Tuesday and it was truly amazing! The horses were so gentle and well trained. The trail, was so nice and peaceful and when we arrived at the breakfast site, it was so beautiful. We sat on a bridge that was over a creek. It was so intimate and the food was delicious. It was just perfect and the staff were all amazing!!! I can't wait to go back next time, to do the 3 hr dinner trail!! Thank you again, for such an amazing experience!!!!

Absolutely awesome. Best horseback riding experience ever! We did the Breakfast Ride. Beautiful scenery, lush green trails. Breakfast half way through. Full breakfast eggs, ham, sausage, biscuit, fresh fruit, juice and coffee all included! If you are looking to ride while in Lake George this is well worth the short drive. Great horses and super staff. Kate was our guide.Look no further for the best ride ever!

This was such a beautiful and amazing experience for me, my husband, and son. We did the Breakfast Ride. The ride, the trail, the guide K, and the breakfast L was delish. Very scenic and serene backdropped by a brook with nature sounds. The horses, Buddy, Cooper, and Jazzy were beautiful.

“Where in the world can man find nobility without pride, friendship without envy, or beauty without vanity? Here, where grace is laced with muscle, and strength by gentleness confined. He serves without servility; he has fought without enmity. There is nothing so powerful, nothing less violent, there is nothing so quick, nothing more patient. The past has been borne on his back. All our history is his industry; we are his heir; he our inheritance.”
