ONE HOUR RIDE
A quiet ride beneath Beech Mountain
Saddle up and follow the same forest trails once traveled by the early settlers of these Adirondack mountains. Our One Hour Ride winds beneath tall pines, along quiet woodland paths and beside a mountain brook.
The scent of pine and leather, the sound of hoofbeats on the trail, and glimpses through the trees of the surrounding ridges make this the perfect introduction to Adirondack horseback riding.
An easy, relaxed ride ideal for beginners, families, and anyone looking to slow down and take in the mountains.
All rides begin with a western trail riding lesson with practice ride on the trail thereafter.

For most of us, horseback riding was a first time experience. The family owned business is by far wonderful and friendly. As a group of eight inexperienced riders, our tour guides, including the lovely six year old Fallon, who joined our group, were experienced and fun. The guides took us on a one hour ride through beautiful trails. We trotted and laughed, really enjoying our ride. Fallon was the cutest little guide, and funny, as well. I loved my horse, Lily. Definitely a place to visit on your trip to Lake Luzerne or Lake George. We are definitely going back!

We really enjoyed our ride through the wooded trail. The guides were nice, the horses matched our riding level appropriately, and we felt comfortable. The horses are well cared for and clean. We would definitely come here again.
