Junior Ride

Kids can cowboy up too! The Junior Ride is a perfect lead line trail ride for younger riders, two to eight years old, to experience riding a horse safely. It is approximately 10+ minutes long and winds along the pine forest trail. It is also appropriate for older riders who may feel nervous their first time on a horse, or parents who want to join their younger children on their lead line ride!

Age: two to eight years old, or older nervous riders

Duration: ten+ minutes long

Experience: young riders or nervous beginners,

Time: Please arrive a fifteen BEFORE your scheduled ride

Attire: Shoes must be strapped on. We recommend closed toed shoes for you ride, jeans or pants and long sleeve shirts.

Riding Ability: Lead line ride

Parents: Parents are welcome to walk or ride on a separate horse for an additional $25 per rider.

Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign a liability release form

Anyone under 18 must wear a helmet per NY state law. Helmets are also available for anyone that would like one
